We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Lubricants Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales operations of our lubricants division. The successful candidate will manage and develop customer relationships, implement strategic sales plans, and contribute to the growth of the company's market share. This role requires strong technical knowledge of industrial lubricants, excellent sales skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial lubricants sector with focus on Refrigeration, Oil & Gas and Food & Beverage sectors.

  • Market Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within existing and new market segments.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and maintenance managers.

  • Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and their applications

  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on key metrics to senior management.

  • Contract Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

  • Customer Support: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through timely delivery, product support, and resolution of any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the industrial lubricants or related sector (e.g., chemicals, manufacturing, automotive).

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial lubricants, their applications, and their role in machinery and equipment performance.

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and drive revenue growth.

  • Leadership: Experience managing and motivating a sales team to achieve business objectives.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects.

  • Preferred: A solid network in the industrial lubricants industry.
